MOULDS

Robust Mould.

Designed for high durability. (6 mm thickness of the top and bottom closure).

All our molds from the "Mar Mediterraneo" are compatible with each other, so if you already have the top and bottom closure, you can use another intermediate closure, without having to purchase the complete set again.

Made of high quality regular steel.

Being fully compatible, you can choose the configuration that interests you, being able to expand it in the future;

• Bottom Plate --> 6mm thick, 150mm x 150mm. Bottom of the mold. Common for all models. It is the base of the set.

• Top Plate --> 6mm thick, 150mm x 150mm, top of the mold. Common for all molds. It is the top part and where the  plastic enters in the mould.

• Intermediate Plate --> 150 mm x 150 mm, is the part that is inserted between the top and bottom plate, with the desired shape to be moulded. Various possibilities to choose;

• 55 mm side hexagon --> Hexagonal Moulds.

• 100 mm diameter circle --> Circle Moulds.

• 100 mm side square --> Square Moulds.

• Heart of 112 mm x 100mm ( Approx. )--> Heart Moulds.

• Holder --> Holder Moulds.

• Piranna forceps --> 80 mm x 50 mm approx.

• Carabiners -- > 70mm x 45mm

The plastic enters through the Top Plate, through an 8 mm hole

Optionally we offer;

• Conic Drill in the Top Plate , in this way the tip of the injector adjusts to the inlet hole. is ours recommended system, for its ease and speed in molding / demoulding operations. --> Conic Drill

• Through a threading system, we add a piece to be able to thread in the injector. we do not recommend it due to demoulding problems as the plastic solidifies inside the threaded part.

Our system allows disassembling said part for cleaning and subsequent assembly.--> Nozzle male / Female.

NO   recommended for use in the extruder. 

We recommend using one or more support points under bottom plate, in order to extend their useful life.
